Mystery Box Policy

Because mystery boxes contain randomly selected items and are designed as surprise products, all mystery box sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for mystery boxes due to the surprise nature of the products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Mystery boxes after delivery
- Items changed due to personal preference
