Shipping

Processing: Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Tracking: Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed as soon as the label is created.

Hot-weather note for candy & chocolate: Chocolate and some gummies can soften or melt in summer transit. We pack food boxes to minimize heat exposure, but melting during shipping in hot weather is a known risk of mail-order candy and isn't covered as damage.

Allergen Notice

Candy and snack boxes may contain items with nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, egg or seafood-based ingredients, and are packed in a shared environment. Our mystery food boxes are not suitable for people with food allergies. Each individually packaged item lists its own ingredients (imported snacks may list them in their original language).

Returns

Mystery boxes and mystery packs are final sale. The surprise is the product — we can't accept returns because the contents weren't what you hoped for, or that would spoil the model for everyone.

Damaged or missing items: If your box arrives damaged, or an item count is below the guaranteed minimum for your size, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace the affected items or refund them — your pick.

Wrong item shipped: Our mistake, our cost. We'll fix it with priority shipping.
