Frequently asked questions
What is a mystery squishy box?
A themed box with squishy surprises. The contents and presentation depend on the style you choose. View its photos and format before adding it to your cart.
Do all boxes contain eight pieces?
No. The 29 styles include different set sizes and opening formats. A piece count describes the stated set size. An opening count describes the box format; it is not a promise of the same number of squishies.
Can I choose the box style?
Yes. Each style has its own product page. Use the style selector or browse all styles to choose the exact box design.
Can I place an order now?
Online checkout is not available yet. Your cart saves your selection locally, but does not place an order or reserve stock.
Where can I check the price?
The current price appears beside each style and in your cart. Any style without a confirmed price is marked “Price coming soon.”
